أنا هبه الخولي من مصر و معلمة صف في كريتف نست للطفولة المبكرة. أنا حاصلة على شهادة في العمارة الداخلية ولكن مع ولادتي لطفلي الأول ، تعرفت على مدى أهمية السنوات الأولى في عمر الطفل و من هنا بدأت مسيرتي الجديدة في التدريس حيث بدأت بالعمل على التخصص في مجال الطفولة المبكرة والتعرف على أساليب التعلم المختلفة فحصلت على دبلومة الطفولة المبكرة من إنجلترا و واحدة أخرى من هيئة التنمية و المعرفة . فقد مضى علي عشر سنوات في هذا المجال و ما زال هدفي و شغفي في الحياة أن أساعد الأطفال على اكتساب اللغة العربية الفصحى, مهارة التحدث و تعلم المهارات الحياتيه المختلفة عن طريق بيئة صحية يستطيع الطفل أن يلعب فيها و ينمي قدراته الجسدية و العقلية . أما عن هوايتي: فانا أحب الرسم , الطبخ و القراءه. جزاكم الله كل خير I am Ms. Heba. My name is Asma Noor Bakhsh, and I’m excited to introduce myself as your child’s teacher and SENCO at Creative Nest Early Childhood Centre. Before stepping into this role, I worked as a Curriculum Coordinator and Teacher, where I integrated trauma-informed practices and drew inspiration from the Curiosity approach in my teaching. As a mother, I deeply value the importance of mental well-being in early childhood. I bring 12 years of teaching experience in the UAE, beginning my career as a toddler teacher. Over the years, I’ve taught in various schools and nurseries as an FS1 and FS2 teacher. Returning to FS1, where my journey began, brings me immense joy because of my passion for working with this age group. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education, with additional studies in Philosophy and Journalism. I continuously pursue professional development to stay current with the latest in early childhood education. Recently, I completed an Introduction to Makaton course, which is a sign language program. I am Ms. Crisanta Capuchino from the Philippines also known as Cris to my family, friends and co-workers. In the Philippines I've worked in a vast variety of professions and each and every single one of them has shaped who I am today. I came to the UAE in 2009 and hold a PIC (Person In-charge Level 1) certificate. Being in the field of Food and Beverages industry for more than 12years I was exposed in different kind of people and situation, pressure, tight schedules not to mention target sales, coordinating with different suppliers and quality control is not new to me. Among all the different jobs that I gone through I learned that professionalism should always be the first priority in any case and situation. At present I am part of the Creativeness Early Childhood Centre Team as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant a field and place I feel at home in.

My name is Jiezel, I am from Philippines, and I moved to Dubai in 2011, I lived with my husband and our son, 3 cats, and an abundance of plants. Me, and my family love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, and going to the beach. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a registered nurse in my home country and here in UAE. I was a pediatric nurse for two years and have been working in nurseries as a nurse for more than 8 years now. Keeping everyone safe and healthy might be very challenging but I love what I do. I love spending time with kids and conversing with them and learning so much from their kind hearts and minds.

My name is Sehrish Farrukh. I am a Team Leader and FS2 teacher at Creative Nest Early Childhood Centre. I grew up in Karachi, Pakistan and have been living in Dubai since 2006. Apart from being an Early Years Teacher, I am also a mother to two daughters, aged 12 and 8. I am passionate about Early Childhood Education and have completed multiple teaching courses including Cache 3 and 5, which increased my knowledge about the Early Years Framework and different theoretical perspectives to facilitate children’s holistic development. To stay up-to date with new teaching trends, I actively pursue professional developmental courses and I am currently working towards getting a degree in Early Childhood Education. I hope to in still the same love for learning in children, as Maria Montessori said, “The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.” I enjoy observing young children; encouraging and motivating them to attain their best by appreciating their efforts and achievements alongside extending on to their interests.
